Timing of reservations and contract and payment of service fee

  • We do not handle phone calls in foreign languages. Inquiries in a foreign language should be sent by email.
  • Reservations must be made by email; this is a requirement for electronic contracts.

Email inquiries are handled the business day after they are received. For cancellations, the cancellation fee is calculated using the business day after the cancellation request is received.

  • After Tokyo TRAVEL approves the reservation, a deposit must be paid by the designated day.
  • The client and Tokyo TRAVEL are considered to have concluded a contract after Tokyo TRAVEL approves the contract and receives the deposit.
  • Clients must pay a deposit of at least 20% of the service fee, excluding the portion generated right before departing. (The deposit is applied to the service fee or cancellation fee.)
  • The service fee should be paid by credit card (VISA, MasterCard, or UC.) by the designated day.
