Nana House Sakaecho – Ideal Rental Apartment for Groups & Families

Nana House offers the comfort of renting an entire home, perfect for families or groups traveling together.

Accommodation Fees

Base Rate (tax included) = Accommodation Fee (up to 3 guests) + Cleaning Fee
＊Total cost depends on season and booking period. Please inquire for the exact price at the time of your reservation.

• Base Rate (per night): ¥20,000

• Additional Guests: ¥4,000 per person per night

＊For stays of 7 nights or longer, a 10% discount on accommodation fees applies.
＊Cleaning fee is charged once per stay (flat rate ¥10,000). Additional cleaning or garbage collection during long stays can be arranged upon request (charged separately).

Payment

• 30% of the total amount is required at the time of booking (deposit).

• The remaining 70% must be paid upon check-in.

Cancellation Policy

• Free cancellation until 5:00 PM, 14 days before check-in.

• After that, 100% cancellation fee applies (no refund).

House Rules

1. Shoes off inside the house (except balcony).

2. No smoking anywhere on the property (including balcony, entrance, and surrounding area). Smoking inside will incur a¥50,000 penalty.

3. Please use the house only for the registered number of guests. Unauthorized stay or exceeding the number of guests may result in a¥5,000 penalty per person.

4. No parties or loud noise. Quiet hours:9:00 PM – 7:00 AM.

5. Please do not remove furniture, electronics, or amenities. Any loss or damage will be charged at replacement cost.

6. Garbage must be sorted intoburnable, non-burnable, cans/bottles/PETand placed in the designated bins.

7. Towels provided are for initial use only. Please wash them yourself if needed during your stay.

8. Check-in: from 3:00 PM to midnight (self check-in with PIN code).
   Check-out: by 11:00 AM.
