Questions from first-time visitors
Can I pay in US dollars?
Prices are charged in Japanese yen. US dollar amounts on this site are estimates at the current exchange rate, and your card issuer converts the final charge. Card and Wise payments add 3%, PayPal adds 5%.
What is the cancellation policy?
For nightly homes, cancellation is free until 5 PM, 14 days before check-in. After that, the booking is not refundable. For monthly homes, ask the host before you book.
How does check-in work?
Nightly homes have self check-in with a keypad lock. We email you the door code the day before check-in. Check-in and check-out times are on each home's page.
Do monthly homes charge key money?
No. There is no key money or agency fee. Monthly homes are priced by calendar month, and a part month is charged by the day (monthly price ÷ 30). Some homes ask for a deposit, which is shown before you book.
