It can be rented entirely by a group or family, or by individual rooms depending on availability.

• 2nd Floor: 2 bedrooms (1 large family-type room for up to 4 people, 1 small room for up to 2), 1 bathroom, 1 toilet, 1 sink, 2 balconies

• Beds: 3 double beds + 2 futon sets
• Each bedroom includes: desk, chair, closet, air conditioner, curtains, bedding
• Shared area: 55-inch Smart TV (YouTube, Prime Video), dining table & chairs, sofa, A/C, full kitchen (rice cooker, pots, pans, dishes, utensils), microwave, fridge, washing machine, Wi-Fi, indoor slippers provided
• Shampoo, body soap, laundry detergent, hand soap, toilet paper, and other consumable supplies shall be provided only at the time of move-in for the initial days. Thereafter, residents shall be responsible for purchasing such items at their own expense.
