Welcome to Nana House! Here is everything you need to know about arriving and leaving smoothly.

🕒 Check-In & Check-Out Times

Self check-in and self check-out are available — no need to wait for a host.

🔑 How to Check In

1. Before arrival, you will receive a message from the host with the door lock code via your booking platform (Airbnb / Booking.com) or via WhatsApp / LINE / Zalo.
2. Go to the key lockbox located at the entrance of the property.
3. Enter the code to open the lockbox and retrieve the door key.
4. Use the key to unlock the front door and enter.
5. Please keep the key safe throughout your stay. Lost keys will be charged at cost.

💡 If you have not received your check-in code by the day of arrival, please contact the host immediately via your booking platform or WhatsApp.

🧳 Check-Out Procedure

Please follow these steps before leaving:

1. Collect all your belongings — check all rooms, the bathroom, and the kitchen.
2. Take out your trash — please separate garbage according to the Garbage Separation Guide and place bags in the correct outdoor bin.
3. Wash and return dishes — please clean any dishes, pots, or utensils you used and return them to their original place.
4. Turn off all appliances — air conditioner, TV, lights, and fans in all rooms.
5. Close and lock all windows before leaving.
6. Return the key to the lockbox and scramble the code.
7. Lock the front door to make sure it is fully closed.

Early check-in and late check-out may be available depending on availability.

• Please contact the host at least 24 hours in advance to request.
• Early check-in and late check-out may be subject to an additional fee.
• We will do our best to accommodate your request, but cannot guarantee availability.

🚖 Getting to Nana House

Nana House Nerima

📍 2-7-4 Toyotama-Naka, Nerima-ku, Tokyo 🚉 Nearest station: Nerima Station (approx. 14 min walk) 🚌 Direct bus access to Shinjuku and Ikebukuro available nearby.

From Narita Airport: Take the Narita Express (N'EX) to Ikebukuro Station → transfer to the Seibu Ikebukuro Line → get off at Nerima Station. Total approx. 90–100 min.

From Haneda Airport: Take the Keikyu Line to Shinagawa → transfer to the Yamanote Line to Ikebukuro → Seibu Ikebukuro Line to Nerima Station. Total approx. 60–70 min.

Nana House Ekoda & Nana House Sakaecho

From Narita Airport: Take the Narita Express (N'EX) to Ikebukuro Station → transfer to the Seibu Ikebukuro Line → get off at Ekoda Station. Total approx. 85–95 min.

From Haneda Airport: Take the Keikyu Line to Shinagawa → Yamanote Line to Ikebukuro → Seibu Ikebukuro Line to Ekoda Station. Total approx. 55–65 min.

💡 Tip: Purchase an IC card (Suica or Pasmo) at the airport for easy train and bus travel throughout Tokyo.

🔑 Check-in & House Rules

👉 NANA HOUSE Basic Rules Self check-in with lockbox. No smoking (¥50,000 penalty). Max guests as booked. Shoes off indoors. Quiet after 9:00 PM.

👉 Nana House Ekoda – Noise Rules Keep quiet after 9 PM. Carry suitcases (don't roll). Close car doors quietly.
